Colin Tan has more than 20 years of experience as an adult educator in Service Excellence, Employability Skills & Innovation. He had led the development of WSQ national curricula such as the Certified Service Professional v1, which had been attended by more than 30,000 workers.
His expertise includes training needs analysis, curriculum design, course development, facilitation, train-the-trainer, transfer of learning and evaluation. His work is informed by the application of experiential learning, competency-based approach and psychometric instruments.
His clientele spans organisations from both the private and public sector.
Colin holds a MA(HRD) and is certified in ACTA, DACE and MBTI.
