As a HR Professional and Mentor, Karen has assisted many MNC and local enterprises transforming their Human Capital Capability in developing and implementing talent acquisition and management, job and career pathway, performance management system, learning roadmap and OJT and leadership development coaching as well as facilitating core values to drive organization culture. 


Karen holds a Master’s degree in Asia Pacific HRM, is a certified Senior Professional by IHRP and a Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant (PSCMC) by TUV SUD.
