Grade Renewal

To renew their grades, individuals holding Professional or Member status will be required to provide evidence of at least 60 hours of CPD activities, and active involvement in CET Professional Practice for a minimum of 600 hours (or 75 days) of work activity over a two-year period.

Grade Progression

When upgrading from Member to Professional, applications will be evaluated by the Executive Committee, who will consider each application on merit. Associate members can progress to either Professional or Member as long as they meet the entry criteria for the respective grade.

Upgrading is only allowed after members have spent at least one year in their current grade.
