
SPECIALISATION TRACKS
Course participants can opt for any of the two specialisation tracks:|
Facilitated Learning
A specialisation that will certify your ability in developing competency-based training programmes; delivering them in a classroom-training environment; and assessing a trainee’s competency levels. |
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
A specialisation that will certify your competence in developing and conducting OJT programmes; as well as assessing the competency level of workers in performing a specific job function. |
