CREDIT EXEMPTION

Trainers and Adult Educators who have recognised equivalent qualifications for ACTA can also fulfil the various WSQ roles. Please click here for the list of recognised equivalent qualifications for ACTA.

Credit exemptions will also be granted to ITE Train the Trainer (TTT) candidates who have passed the modules that correspond to the relevant WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) competency units for WSQ certification. The details of the ITE TTT modules recognised for ACTA credit exemption are listed as follows:

For non-ITE certificates, a detailed evaluation will be carried out and approval for credit exemption will be on a case-by-case basis.

EXEMPTION APPLICATION

Only applicants who have successfully enroled in an ACTA full qualification programme with a WSQ Approved Training Organisation can apply for credit exemption. Credit exemption is only applicable for one ACTA pathway (Facilitated Learning or On-the-Job Training).

If you think you qualify, please complete the following application form before submitting it together with the following supporting documents:

- Certified true copies of ITE certificates/qualifications
- Proof of enrolment into an ACTA full qualification programme

Applicants will be notified by email within ten working days from the receipt of their application.
