It stands amongst the great processes to master in this current era.

This is a fully online session conducted via ZOOM.  Participants can participate in the session from any venue of their convenience with a laptop / device that is compatible with ZOOM.  More details on participating in the session will be send to the confirmed registrants.

 

What is the session about?

 

In the session, you will be given opportunity to practice key facilitators core skills through different facilitation processes. You will learn by doing and gaining feedback on your own learning through several reflective lenses during the sessions. 

You get to experience:

  • The core skills of a process facilitator
  • Applying the 3 core skills yourself.
  • Adopting the facilitators process flow
  • Facilitating a Focus Group Discussion - the what and how to do it.
  • Experiencing a successful Focus Group Discussion
  • Preparing to conduct your own Focus Group Discussion
  • Experiencing the core skills practised by facilitators ( 5,6 and 7)
  • Facilitated Closing Circle
  • Questions and Answer

  • Apply the core skills practised by facilitators (1,2 and 3)
  • Elements of a Focus Group Discussion
  • Key practises in Faciliting Focus group Discussions
  • Applying the core skills practisewd by facilitators ( 4, 5, 6,7)
  • Facilitating a Closing Circle session at the end of a program.

About the speaker

Isa Jamaluddin (Mr)

Isa Jamaluddin, Senior Action Learning Coach, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), has been an Adult Educator for 17 years.

He is also a corporate facilitator, coach and consultant who has delivered programmes for corporations and Fortune 500 clients across the world. He currently conducts Action Learning Coaches certification programmes in Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and China. He also sits on the Board of the World Institute for Action Learning. 

Having been in the L&D industry for more than 39 years, Isa believes that a developmental approach is critical for the development of behaviours. With this belief and passion, Isa has continuously worked on better approaches and processes that enhances his capability to be of service to others.
