Tan Guo Qiang (Mr)
Specialist Adult Educator – Curriculum Development

Tan Guo Qiang specializes in Educational Management and Research, Coaching, Facilitation and Learning Technology. He is a proponent in the principles of lifelong learning, learning for life. He brings along ten years of experience in managerial and training positions. He spearheaded the development of training systems and policies and the transformation of curriculums in SAF training community.
Guo Qiang holds a Master of Arts in Educational Management from National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. He was awarded the Degree of Merit in the Bachelor of Science in Human Factors in Safety with Military Studies from Singapore University of Social Sciences. Guo Qiang is currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree with National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. Guo Qiang is currently the Chairperson for Special Interest Group – Learning Technology as part of Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) Adult Educator Network (AEN) initiatives.
