What is this programme about?

Trainers and coaches seek to unlock the full potential of individuals, while driving themselves to perform at their best. Educators, business leaders, and line managers are also often called on to coach others, bring out the best in their teams, build more robust relationships, and communicate more effectively — enhancing performance and enabling genuine change and transformation.

Learn how to implement Facilitative Coaching, a framework which adopts a MindPowered, mindfulness coaching approach to enable effective learning, ultimately allowing individuals to perform at an optimum level.

This programme is the first step towards achieving an International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation, and aims to impart pragmatic critical knowledge and essential skills, allowing you to discover and apply 14 powerful facilitative coaching techniques:

  1. Think like a coach when facilitating
  2. Speak and listen like a coach
  3. Flow towards insight
  4. Create new thinking
  5. Establishing a coaching relationship
  6. Primary goal setting 1: Mining
  7. Primary goal setting 2: Refining
  8. Primary goal setting 3: Defining and Goal Setting 4: Shining
  9. Developing strategies
  10. Designing actions
  11. Managing feelings to follow up
  12. Working on habits powerfully with actions and insights
  13. Coach with confidence
  14. Completing a coaching agreement to achieve the desired outcomes

In this highly interactive two-day programme, you will experience and explore these techniques through a wide variety of activities, and experience how they work from both the coach’s and learner’s perspectives. The use of Zoom to deliver this programme online allows you to access the training from a venue of your choice, while offering maximum interactivity with your peers in the workshop, with opportunities to try, test, and tweak what you learn. Discover the benefits of a MindPowered approach and apply the principles of Facilitative Coaching to see quick results in your own and your clients’ performance, and take your training and coaching practice to new heights.

Upon completion of this two-day programme, you will receive a 14-hour Coach-Specific Training certificate. This helps you to partially meet the credentialing requirements for the International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential via the Portfolio Path (Refer to the link: https://www.icfsingapore.org/become-a-coach/get-credentialed.html for more details regarding ICF credentialing)

You will also receive Mentor Coaching sessions, join a platform to springboard your coaching practice and build your client pool, and become part of a growing, active Community of Practice where you can develop your skills, both individually and along with your peers.
