Alex Wee started his career as a travel agent, enjoying the opportunity of serving and meeting people from all walks of life. This experience led Alex to pursue a 6-year career as flight steward with Singapore Airlines. Customer service, positive communication and seeking every opportunity to build long term customer relationships were Alex’s most memorable moments in his cabin crew role.
Alex is now a Trainer with William Angliss Institute, Australia’s largest provider of Tourism, Hospitality and MICE & Events courses. Alex’s prior work in education was with the Institute of Technical Education (ITE). He taught students in the Passenger Services course, preparing them for work as a Passenger Services Agent at Singapore Changi Airport.
He is both DACE and ACTA certified.
