As a passionate Human Capital practitioner, Andreas Paul has years of strategic and global experience in Change Management, Learning & Development (Organizational Development and Talent Management.
He has designed and delivered stand up training for various strategic initiatives, including leadership, change management, performance management, culture change, mentoring, train the trainer and peak performance. As a Master Trainer, he had impacted more than 6,000 trainees in the region through his experiential learning and action learning methodologies.
Andreas holds a Master of Training and Development from Griffith University and Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honour) from NTU. He is certified in DACE, ACTA, DISC and Workplace Big Five.
