Annie has over 20 years of leadership and training experience. In DBS, she spearheaded the SME hotline setting and led teams to support SME & Wealth customers in the Customer Centre. She headed up the Onboarding, Talent, and Development team and was responsible in Customer Service, Leadership, and Management programmes. As the Deputy to the Head of Leadership Institute, Annie successfully designed and facilitated leadership programmes for DBS.
In the last 10 years, Annie has trained managers and leaders on managing and leading people, performance management, and interviewing skills.
She is a certified Brain Based Coach, and holds a Post Grad in Human Capital Management and Masters of Leadership in Organisational Learning
