Jeannie Chew is an associate with the Facilitator’s Network Singapore and the Civil Service College. As a consultant, she works with organisations in the areas of communications and customer insights through Design Thinking and behavioural insights. Some of her recent work include capability-building in areas such as organisational communications, innovation and work-life solutions for both the public and private sector.
As an internationally certified facilitator with a background in education, Jeannie has worked with staff from all walks of life, using a wide range of pedagogies and approaches catering to different learning needs.
She had previously worked in the public service working on policy, strategic planning and strategic manpower issues.
