Diana has worked with a diverse profile of adult learners in the areas of soft skills training, software (end-user) training and train-the-trainers sessions. She is well acquainted with competency-based training and assessment, and has branched into the application of workplace learning and work-based learning.
Diana’s qualifications include MA (ID&T), ACTA and DACE. She is passionate in helping learners succeed in their endeavours, and is always keen to find new ways to design & facilitate meaningful learning & skill applications.
