Cynthia has started her learning & development journey with the vision of creating experiential learning for her learners. She is involved in providing workplace learning solutions to clients and curating content for her company in-house training and programmes. She also has hands-on experience in the digitalisation of the programme evaluation system and the transition of face to face to online learning.
She was involved in various curriculum development projects under the Employability Skills framework. Designed and developed online content used on e-learning platforms and collaborates with industry players to create practical yet innovative learning ideas for learners.
She is a certified DACE, ACTA and Workplace Big 5 holder.
