Diana Woo has extensive service experiences in the Airline and Hospitality industries. She delivers workshops in the areas of behavioural communications, service mind-set and skills as well as interpersonal and team effectiveness.
Diana is a Master Trainer of the Wiley’s International and Associate Certification programme and is a certified Behavioural Consultant of DiSC psychometric tools. She is a Master Trainer and certified Course Leader of UP! Your Service programmes.
Diana holds a Master of Learning and Development (Learning Design) and a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Training and Development from the University of Southern Queensland. She has also attained the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
