Edwin Koh is a passionate advocate of talent development, and believes in maximising people potential to create a high-performance, sustainable organisation that meets its strategic and operational goals and objectives.
He has developed several strategic L&D initiatives in the corporate environment and conducted numerous executive development programs. In class, Edwin engages and inspires his learners through storytelling, experiential activities and digital learning.
Edwin holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University, with majors in Strategy and Human Resource Management. He is also a qualified ACTA trainer and a certified Behaviour (DiSC) and Career Consultant.
