Eva Chua has extensive years of experience in the Retail, Hospitality and Logistics industries. She has facilitated learning sessions in topics such as Customer Service, Communication, Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Presentation Skills.
She has designed and developed contextualised programs for various organisations in Retail, Hospitality, Early Childhood Education, Aviation and Public sectors. As a certified DiSC© Trainer, Eva is also able to conduct workshops in behavioural communication and team effectiveness.
Eva holds a Bachelor of Vocational Education and Training from the University of Southern Queensland, a Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) and an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
