As an adult educator, Grace Tan has worked with leading training institutions in strategising and conceptualising the design and development of training and employee learning programs to support employee development and skills transformation.
With her 35 years of corporate HR experience in the Hospitality, Financial, Healthcare & Retail sectors, Grace constantly adds value to her clients’ learning & development strategies to enhance organisational growth. Her particular area of AE expertise is in the development of competency-based programmes under the WSQ framework. In this regard, Grace has designed, developed & facilitated programs relating to the entire spectrum of Human Resources, Leadership, Coaching, Change Management, and Organisational Alignment.
She holds a BA, GDPM, Med, ACTA and DACE qualifications.
