Jacinta Ong has more than 16 years of experience with multinational corporations, where she managed corporate brands, media relations, mentored of corporate communications managers, and trained corporate spokespersons. She has worked across the Asia Pacific and Europe and is familiar with diverse cultures.
Jacinta trains extensively in Service Excellence in the areas of service mind-set, verbal and non-verbal communication, managing emotions and challenging service situations. Her clients come from the Infocomm, Oil & Gas, Telco, Financial Services, Legal Services, Hospitality and Real Estate sectors.
Jacinta is a certified Life Coach and holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
