Having been involved in the adult education scene since 1999, Kim Tan has designed training programmes for various industry sectors including Retail, Banking, Food & Beverage, Tourism, Healthcare, Transportation and Manufacturing.
Kim has developed programmes leading to the certification in the Leadership and People Management and Service Excellence Competency frameworks. She led the development of the national curriculum for the Certified Service Professional Version 2 programme which incorporates flipped classroom and online learning.
Kim holds a Master of Arts (Instructional Design and Technology) and a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education. She is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Academy.
