Norintan Shariff has facilitated and developed more than 50 different modules across Service Excellence, Retail, and Tourism frameworks, among others. Her consultancy work includes Customer Centric Initiatives, ICV, Branding and Franchising.
She has had over 30 years of experience in the service industry in areas including airlines, hotels, cruises, F&B and retail, where she held senior management positions with responsibilities in strategic and general management across Singapore, Malaysia, SEA, Taiwan and Korea.
Norintan holds a Master in Training & Development, Bachelor in Business Administration, Higher Diploma in Hotel Management, and is certified in DACE and ACTA. She is also a PMC and TAIM Evaluator.
