Jeffrey Ong works with teams on achieving clarity of purpose, relational processes and executing on their goals. He also helps individuals through career transitions, performance improvement, leadership and organisational development. Jeff coaches executives in the Civil Service and private sector. Jeff has also worked with a bank to create a new leadership competency model and leadership development programme.
In 2016, Jeff designed and facilitated the engagement sessions for MOM, prior to public release of the HR Strategic Manpower Plan. In 2017, Jeff was invited by RIGSS, Bhutan to support one of their change programmes and in 2018, Jeff designed and facilitated the co-creation sessions for PSD’s Whole of Government project on Service
