Rebecca brings with her more than 12 years’ experience in helping organizations build an organizational culture. Her workshops / interventions have been commended to be insightful, lively and informed by her knowledge of best practices in both Service and Design Thinking. At Capelle, she focuses on Values Cascading, Design Thinking, Touchpoint Mapping and Soft Skills.
Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a second Upper Honor Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. In her professional certification, she has an ACTA certification and has joined the National Ranks of Workplace Learning Specialists to help companies achieve performance driven micro learning.
