Richard Singh specialises in infusing 21st century educational pedagogies and strategies into training

Richard Singh began his journey as an Associate Trainer with the Civil Service College in 1999. He then founded ReliNet in 2001, which provided web & IT trainings, before joining Educare in 2010 where he helped to propel it to a leading provider of professional development programmes among Singapore schools.


In 2015, he joined D&N Singapore where he established the company as an in-house ATO under the WSQ framework. He developed the training curriculum and OJT blueprints as well as a competency-based HR framework.


Richard incorporates 21st century educational pedagogies and strategies such as Cooperative Leaning, Differentiated Instructions, Multiple Intelligence, Brain Based Learning, Critical Thinking, Self-Directed & Collaborative Learning into his training.
