Have you already established yourself as an Adult Educator and want to expand your service portfolio beyond training?
The WSQ Advanced Facilitation Programme (AFP) offered by Institute for Adult Learning in partnership with Facilitators Network Singapore, takes you from the ACLP programme to equip you with additional skills to perform as a group process facilitator in varying contexts.
This programme focuses on group process facilitation skills that will enable you to increase the likelihood of sustained positive change by addressing mindsets (including assumptions, values and beliefs) that may inhibit team development and organisation transformation.
In this 9-day programme, you will gain knowledge and skills on facilitating behaviour change and group interactions. This course is rigorous and demanding of your time and effort but is definitely rewarding as you internalise your learning through practical experiences.
This programme is offered by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous institute of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (UEN: 200504979Z) (SUSS).

^ SkillsFuture Funding and SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES)
(1) Only self-sponsored applicant can use SkillsFuture Credit.
(2) You can use SkillsFuture Credit and SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up to offset the fees. Please register within 60 days from start date of the programme.
(3) You cannot use the $500 Additional SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career Support) which was disbursed in October 2020 to Singapore Citizens aged 40 to 60 as this programme does not qualify as a Career Transition Programme.

The following documents will need to be submitted alongside the application.

(3) You will be required to login to MyIAL. If you are new to MyIAL, register for a new account.

Self-sponsored Applicant: Please make payment at end of online application or by 11.59pm (Singapore Time) to confirm your application to the programme. If payment is not received by the stated time, your application will automatically be cancelled. Company-sponsored Applicant: IAL will send an invoice to your company after online application has completed. |
Note: Applicants are required to register for both modules of the Advanced Facilitation Programme.
