An introductory session on how Action Learning can be introduced to enhance development whilst facilitating problem solving workshops at the workplace.

Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is a teaching method in which real-world problems are used to facilitate student learning of concepts and principles as opposed to direct presentation of facts and concepts. Despite its advantages, PBL is rarely used in continual education and training (CET). This workshop therefore aims to inform participants of PBL and its applicability in CET.
