What is this programme about?


Behavioral economics and behavioral science is the nexus of economics, psychology and decision science. It represents a fast growing field that studies, predicts and encourages behavior change. Practitioners of behavioral science use nudges and frameworks to influence actions that result in desired behaviors.

From improving workplace productivity to reducing the smoking habit, to encouraging healthy eating (so as to improve employee health and medical costs) and increasing adherence to workplace safety measures – the possibilities and applications are endless.

In this 1-day introduction to behavioral science, learn how to apply established principles and techniques to crafting learning experiences and workplace interventions that result in key behavioral changes. You’ll follow a framework that will assist you to hone in on the needs of your specific target audience. Then, you will determine the obstacles or friction you encounter in attempting to achieve desired results. Next,  craft a principles-based behavioral process that nudges your target audience towards key behavioral changes.

Programme fee covers training and assessment. The fee is inclusive of prevailing GST and subject to changes.

Additional funding assistance, if applicable

Singaporeans aged 25 years old and above are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit which can be used to offset the selected programmes’ fees for self-sponsored registrations only.
