What is this programme about?

Adults experience both challenges and advantages when it comes to learning. Fortunately, as a result of significant progress in neuroscience, learning psychology and educational technology, we now have a much better grasp of how adults learn best. While there may not be one-size-fits-all learning solutions, there are clear must do’s and best practices that enhance adult learning outcomes.

In this 1-day program  approach the facilitation process from the perspective of the adult learner’s brain. We’ll build a learning delivery framework that encompasses key adult learning theories, processes and predetermined learning outcomes.

Explore the limits of single session learning, so you grasp the value of focusing on actual learnable content delivery – as opposed to overwhelming learners with excessive information. By combining micro-learning best practices, the science of learning and realistic outcome-based learning delivery, you’ll learn the fundamentals required to design and deliver learning that sticks.
