Are you keen to play a part in nurturing an individual to propel him or her to the next level of professional growth through facilitative coaching? Be on your way to either attain the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential awarded by the renowned International Coaching Federation (ICF), or specialize in other coaching domains such as agile coaching, talent performance coaching, organizational development coaching, project management coaching, etc. and receive a learning allowance when you complete the learning experience of this programme.




This is a fully online session conducted via ZOOM.  Participants can participate in the session from any venue of their convenience with a laptop / device that is compatible with ZOOM.  More details on participating in the session will be send to the confirmed registrants.


What is this programme about?


This programme aims to impart pragmatic critical knowledge and essential skills covered under 24 powerful coaching techniques that equip individuals to become internationally certified professional coaches

It combines in-class facilitated learning (21hrs) where 24 powerful coaching techniques will be imparted and practiced, followed by a further intensive 39hrs mentorship (facilitator will arrange the start dates with individual learners after they complete the 21hr in-class facilitated learning segment) touching on other critical coaching aspects like time management, change management, communication, conflict management and feedback under an ICF credentialed Coach and Certified Practicing Management Consultant.

Upon completion of the programme requirements, learners would have partially satisfied the ICF credentialization criteria for ‘Associate Certified Coach (ACC)’ credential under the ACC ACSTH Path, by fulfilling specifically the criterion: “At least 60 hours of coach-specific training through an ACTP or ACSTH program”.

Besides ICF’s credentialing, learners also have the option of specializing in other domains of coaching such as agile coaching, talent performance coaching, organizational development coaching, project management coaching. This ensures that you have the flexibility to select your preferred path in coaching upon completing this programme.



What does it cover?


This is a highly interactive, hands-on session. There will be 24 specific coaching techniques covered in this programme. You’ll get to use, test and experiment with some of the most exciting and effective coaching techniques.

  • Adult Education: individuals involved in learning facilitation or those involved in consultancy and advisory services relating to business performance
  • Learning Management: individuals involved in the management or support of learning programmes, performance management, workplace learning, and advisory services relating to driving organisational performance

The fee is inclusive of prevailing GST and subject to changes. 

AEN member rates are only applicable for Singaporeans/ Permanent Residents. Foreigners will not be entitled for AEN members rates regardless if he/she is an AEN member. To register for AEN membership, please click here.


Please proceed to make payment via eNets/credit card (VISA or MasterCard) at the end of the registration process. Kindly note that the system will automatically cancel the registration if full payment  has not been successfully processed by 11.59pm (Singapore Time) on the same day of the registration. You will have to reapply for the course, subject to availability of vacancy at the point of your re-registration.  

Additional funding available, if applicable

Singaporeans aged 25 years old and above are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit which can be used to offset the selected programmes’ fees for self-sponsored registrations only.

Please note the submission period for your SFC claim via MySkillsFuture needs to be within 60 days before the course start date (date inclusive). If your course start date is more than 60 days from the date of SFC application, the SSG-SFC portal would reject your application. In this case, you would need to pay the full course fees at the end of your course application.


Request for rescheduling must be submitted to IAL 2 weeks before the commencement of programme. Reschedule requests that come mid-way through training has to be supported by valid reasons; substantiated by references as evidence; such as a doctor’s note; or a hospitalization chit. 

Please submit your request to reschedule your course at MyIAL. A non-refundable administrative fee of S$53.50 (with GST) applies for the request and the next available slot will be offered.


Request for withdrawal from a programme is subjected to review by IAL and the decision is final. IAL reserves the right to request for supporting document(s). A non-refundable administration fee of S$53.50 (inclusive of GST) is applicable for withdrawal request. If the withdrawal notice is given less than 2 weeks before the programme start date, the paid fees will not be refunded.

Corporate run

For dedicated corporate runs with a contract signed with IAL, billing and payment will follow the terms of the signed contract. Otherwise, payment would be expected upon registration.


About the speaker

Alvin Oh (Dr)

Managing Consultant | Wisdom International Group Pte Ltd | ICMCI Academic Fellow | ICAgile Practitioner

Alvin Oh specialises in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisation Development and Talent Management. Dr Alvin Oh obtained his professor consulting credentials in UK and is a practice professor and management consultant with over 30 years in Human Capital & Leadership Development disciplines.

A former Head of L&D, OD and Talent Management at Linde Group, STATS chipPAC, Chartered Semicon, he was also the Deputy Director, overseeing talent management and training in NTU.  

As an adjunct faculty at PaCE College@NTU, Dr Oh teaches the executive education program. He holds a Master’s Degree in Training and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education and specialises in training design, development and delivery for adult learning, andragogy and pedagogy. He also supervises research projects up to PhD level in HRM, HRD, Business and Organisational Leadership Development, and postgraduate thesis research methodology.
