What is this programme about?

This programme aims to impart pragmatic critical knowledge and essential skills covered under 24 powerful coaching techniques that equip individuals to become internationally certified professional coaches

It combines in-class facilitated learning (21hrs) where 24 powerful coaching techniques will be imparted and practiced, followed by a further intensive 39hrs mentorship (facilitator will arrange the start dates with individual learners after they complete the 21hr in-class facilitated learning segment) touching on other critical coaching aspects like time management, change management, communication, conflict management and feedback under an ICF credentialed Coach and Certified Practicing Management Consultant.

Upon completion of the programme requirements, learners would have partially satisfied the ICF credentialization criteria for ‘Associate Certified Coach (ACC)’ credential under the ACC ACSTH Path, by fulfilling specifically the criterion: “At least 60 hours of coach-specific training through an ACTP or ACSTH program”.

Besides ICF’s credentialing, learners also have the option of specializing in other domains of coaching such as agile coaching, talent performance coaching, organizational development coaching, project management coaching. This ensures that you have the flexibility to select your preferred path in coaching upon completing this programme.
