What is the session about?


A learning transformation strategy helps your L&D department to be clear about your purpose and the plan to accomplish it, in alignment with business goals in your organisation.

In the first session, you will discuss the need for a learning transformation strategy for the organisation and identify essential components in a learning strategy.  You will also have an opportunity to start drafting a high-level learning transformation plan for your organisation.

In the second session, we will go deeper in the area of learning technologies and investment issues. So join this session for an opportunity to think, discuss and plan like a leader! Don’t miss these sharings from established practitioners in the field of learning transformation.

About the speaker

Ms Sarah Teo

Ms. Sarah Teo helps organisations in their learning transformation journey.

She  conducts audit of organisational readiness for learning transformation, develops learning transformation strategy and learning solutions, leads in rapid R&D works, draws project plans, develops change management plans, leads team in implementation of new initiatives, and evaluation in the organisation.  She believes in building capabilities within the company to spearhead initiatives and to ensure sustainable continuity of the works.


Sarah has also trained many aspiring learning professionals in corporate organisations and educational institutions.

Mr Lee Chye Seng

Mr. Lee has more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale eLearning initiatives and spearheading Learning Technology for higher education. He is the Director of Learning Systems and Applications from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and was formerly the Divisional Director of Learning Technologies in NTU. He is a Board of Director from eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA), a non-profit organisation that enables sharing of best practices among international communities through eLearning conferences.

He is also actively involved in community outreach for Learning Technology through user group activities (e.g. Singapore Canvas User Group, IAL AEN Learn Tech SIG and eLFA).
