What is the session about?

The 70-20-10 model of employee’s work skills acquisition has been well established. This suggests that learning intervention to acquire competencies for work performance is far beyond the notion of course materials and face-to-face training.

Factors such as life cycle and genre of work content as well as emerging learning technologies, have to be included in the consideration process when designing learning solutions that address performance needs and support dynamicity of organisation’s business world.

How can a budding idea of such a learning solution be created, nurtured, and supported to its fruition?

Come learn and share on the experiences and journey of two such learning solution examples.

Key takeaways include:

  • The journey and experience of idea creation to productization of a learning solution
  • Opportunity to plug onto the idea and prototyping grant initiative for your learning solution idea

What does the session cover?

  1. A no-code learning and job aid solution to develop, deploy and re-purpose robotic systems in minutes.
  2. An AI driven skills measurement system to learn of employee’s soft skills development journey in supporting the growth dynamics of company.
  3. An idea and prototype innovation grant initiative – to support your creative and authentic learning solution for the job role life cycle of workers.
