Mohamed Ismail specialises in Curriculum and Instructional Designing for the WSH Framework in the Construction, Marine, Manufacturing and Chemical Process Industries. As a MOM approved WSH trainer, Ismail has developed courses for the WSH framework. These includes Level A, B and C courses and specialised courses such as Work At Height, and Confined Spaces. In his other appointments, Ismail is a Consultant Trainer/ WSH Manager and responsible for up keeping ISO certifications. He also performs learning solutioning for external organisations in various sectors. His latest projects include weaving AR/VR and drone and safety tech into courses. Ismail is certified with ACTA, DACE and a WSH Graduate Diploma; and currently trains for a large ATO.
