Andrew had trained a wide range of adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds, specialising on high precision psychomotor skills, process and sequence related skills with integration with Workplace Safety and Health. Andrew has more than 20 years’ of experience in Electronics manufacturing, Information Systems Technology, Off-Shore Oil & Gas Industry, lifting equipment inspection and NDT. Andrew holds an M. Sc. in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology and B. Tech. Electronics from NUS; Fd. Sc. NDT from The University of Northampton. Andrew is a certified IRCA Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001, SCEM; and adult educator’s qualifications in SDAF, DACE from IAL and ACTA.
