Case Study of Centre for Healthcare Innovation

This project is a pilot study that engages selected organisations to co-design interventions that support their transition into skills-first organisations through a structured work transformation process. Anchored in a five-step work transformation methodology, it comprises two half-day sessions of guided facilitation and three days of onboarding and preparation. Participants go through a deliberate, hands-on journey to transform jobs by examining how work is structured, organised, and delivered across the organisation, while also integrating technology, workforce skills, and business strategy.
Not only have the participating organisations redesigned roles to create higher-value contributions, they are also equipped with the capability to sustain and scale work transformation practices through work redesign in the future.
