What Is This Session About?

This one-day program introduces the New World Kirkpatrick Four Levels and the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model, with a sharp focus on demonstrating the real value of training. Participants will learn to evaluate beyond learner satisfaction — measuring behavior change on the job and linking learning to tangible business outcomes.

Through five practical steps integrated across the ADDIE process, the course equips participants to align learning with stakeholder expectations, collect meaningful data, and build a compelling chain of evidence for ROI. By the end, attendees will be able to select the right programs for impact evaluation and confidently show how learning drives performance and results in the flow of work.
