With manpower constraints and rising care demands, healthcare and social service organisations must rethink how work gets done.
As AI reshapes tasks and workflows, roles are evolving rapidly. Job redesign is a key strategy to boost productivity, enhance job value, and build a sustainable, future-ready workforce - while keeping people at the centre of care and ensuring meaningful workforce engagement.
The Job Redesign Capability Development Workshop, jointly organised by IAL and IHRP, introduces participants to the REVAMP Job Redesign Framework, a nationally recognised approach for redesigning jobs and improving work processes.
