Our commitment to continuous growth and innovation inspired us to participate in the workplace learning programme, a decision that aligns closely with Beyond Medical’s vision of nurturing talent and fostering a lifelong learning mindset. In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, particularly in the realm of digital marketing, knowledge, application, and strategic insight are paramount. Establishing both a strong foundational understanding and advanced skills in these areas is essential—not only to stay competitive but to drive impactful, data-driven outcomes for our clients.

The (NACE) journey was eye opening for us. 

We are focusing on improving the onboarding process to make it more efficient. Our goal is to eventually create a self-service onboarding experience for clients, where they can complete the process on their own using the user guides or videos available within the system.

To further support our commitment, we are excited to introduce our new learning roadmap in collaboration with IAL NACE. This structured roadmap is designed to provide clarity and direction for our employees, helping them understand their current skills and competencies, as well as identifying areas for growth. The learning roadmap will serve as a guide, outlining the specific training and development opportunities tailored to each employee's needs. This approach ensures that our team members have the resources and support necessary to thrive in their roles and contribute meaningfully to our mission.

Incorporating learning aids that promote professionalism and self-management in our workplace training is key to aligning individual development with organisational objectives. The learning aids play a pivotal role in shaping the professionalism and self-management of landscape technicians, ensuring their training aligns with organisational goals and fosters continuous improvement.

We participated in the NACE@IAL programme to benefit from the guidance of a workplace learning consultant, who supported us in facilitating a smooth and effective migration of our HR processes.

As the (NACE) programme was customised based on our learning needs, it was definitely effective and highly successful. The group became aware of the significance of performance standards and aligned itself with the necessary requirements for successful performance. Additionally, team members had one-on-one meetings with Dr Lee to learn how to conduct performance conversations. Team members, mainly consisting of the head of departments and supervisors, are able to uplift their roles to be a better people manager.

Investing in the growth and development of our team is the key to unlocking the full potential of our organisation. By enrolling in IAL’s (NACE) programme, MTFA embarked on a transformative journey of empowerment and continuous improvement. Equipping our staff with new skill sets not only enhances their individual capabilities but also fuels our collective ability to make a meaningful impact. This lays the foundation for sustainable growth, enriching both our people and the communities we serve.

The (NACE) project has enabled us in our Human Resource development journey in pathing out the learning road maps and career development frameworks.
