Director | Partnership and Market Development
Carol spearheads IAL's efforts to expand its market presence, foster strategic alliances, and drive initiatives that support lifelong learning and development. Her role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing collaborative partnerships across the Training and Adult Education (TAE) ecosystem and beyond, where she works closely with industry leaders, public agencies, and private enterprises to co-create impactful learning solutions.
Carol is a firm believer in lifelong learning and comes with over 20 years experience in the Continuing Education and Training (CET) sector. She partnered with individuals, public and private organisations in upskilling, reskilling, building relationships, cultivating partnerships and leading new initiatives. Prior to IAL, Carol held various CET roles and led a charity start-up.
Carol holds a Master of Science (Marketing and Consumer Insight) from the Nanyang Technological University, a Bachelor of Business (Business Management) from Charles Sturt University, Australia and is a graduate of the Senior Management Programme from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy as part of her professional development. As an avid lifelong learner, she graduated from the Graduate Certificate in Workplace Learning & Performance awarded by SUSS-IAL in September 2024.
