More information on WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance 2.0 (ACLP 2.0)

The ACLP 2.0 programme prepares learners by developing their competencies in learning facilitation and assessment, including the ability to facilitate blended learning solutions (including classroom, workplace and technology-enabled learning modes). Upon completion, learners will earn a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance from SkillsFuture Singapore, enhancing opportunities for engagement with facilitators and peers.

The current version of ACLP 2.0 is a streamlined version of the previous ACLP. It covers all the Knowledge, and Abilities (Ks and As) within the Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs) and enable learners to gain and deepen their skillsets in the area of classroom facilitation, tech-enabled learning and workplace learning.

The ACLP 2.0 programme consists of 88.5 hours of coursework and assessment.

There are requirements that you will need to meet in order to attend the programme. The requirements can be found here.

• Learners who do not meet the requirements for English Language proficiencies as required by the respective courses need to take the Workplace Literacy (WPL) – Computer Adaptive Test (CAT) and secure the ES WSQ WPL qualification for listening and speaking reading and writing modalities. Please click here for more information.

• You may also provide other documented evidence of your proficiency in English or be required to attend an interview with IAL to ascertain your suitability for the programme.

There are evening classes available (subject to availability). These are accompanied by a full-day class on Saturday, so as to enable learners to complete the programme as soon as possible.

At the end of the module, learners will be assessed through oral interviews or presentations, written assignments and practical performances. Practical performances can either be conducted in-person or online.

Throughout the module, learners will also be assessed via various means, including class presentations, demonstrations or practical performances.

Learners can find programme exemption information here.

However, please note the following:
•    All credit exemption requests must be submitted and approved before programme enrollment.
•    No course fee refunds will be provided once the programme has commenced, even if credit exemption is subsequently approved.

We do not advise learners to take the modules independently as this might result in a longer as well as a less-than-ideal experience in taking as well as completing the modules required for ACLP 2.0.

Yes, the modules should be taken in order. In ACLP 2.0, the modules are arranged sequentially to create a better learning experience. This helps learners, especially those unfamiliar with the content, by providing a smoother learning curve.

Modules under ACLP 2.0 are not offered individually. Interested learners would need to enrol for the full ACLP 2.0 qualification programme.
