Overview

The Skills-First Learning Ecosystem sub-index assesses how well skills-first principles are integrated into education and training. It also looks at the extent to which guidance and career services emphasise skills rather than credentials, alongside levels of adult learning participation and the alignment of training opportunities with labour market needs.
