"It was through a referral from our Digital Marketing business partner that we were exposed to LEA, as they have benefited greatly from the expertise of IAL's Certified Workplace Learning Specialist. As such, GTS participated in LEA 2020 as I would like my organisation to experience workplace learning. After the implementation of the project, we are now approved by BCA for both online and offline workplace safety certification programmes, and are now more competent to deliver digital training and webinars with a high approval rating as per our customers' feedback."
- Mr. Ben Chong Director, Global Training Services
"The project was a challenge initially because the team was involved in numerous other projects that were ongoing. In addition, I was worried about how I could teach my customers to utilise Zoom when I did not know what Zoom was and how it works. However, with our Director and IAL's Certified Workplace Learning Specialist's guidance and patience, we were able to learn the various functions on Zoom one step at a time. Now, we feel that we have acquired adequate digital skills to organise online training and webinars."

- Designed and organized the Digital Facilitation Techniques and Technology’ Train-TheTrainer programme
- Provided Just-in-Time Coaching by giving realtime feedback during the virtual live training
