What Is This Session About?
Organisations today face constant disruption driven by technological advances, evolving customer expectations and changing business environments. While strategic plans may define the direction of change, success often depends on how effectively managers engage people, address resistance and sustain momentum throughout transformation.
This programme equips managers, change practitioners, HR professionals and workplace learning leaders with practical tools to lead and sustain organisational change. Participants will explore change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement strategies and approaches for managing resistance while balancing the human and technical dimensions of transformation.
Through guided analysis, organisational case applications, practical exercises and action planning, participants will examine Appreciative Inquiry and Learning Organisation principles for fostering commitment, continuous learning and sustainable outcomes. They will also develop a Change Leadership and Sustainability Plan based on an authentic organisational change initiative.
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to lead change confidently, align stakeholders around shared goals and support lasting organisational transformation.
