Participants will apply the five dimensions of learning agility to assess their ability to lead through uncertainty, overcome learning blockers, and respond more effectively in fast-changing work environments.

Through reflection on real workplace experiences and immersive activities, they will strengthen their capacity to draw insights from daily challenges, enhancing how they lead change, solve problems, collaborate across teams, and build agile learning cultures.

What Is This Session About?

In a world characterised by brittleness, anxiety, nonlinearity, and incomprehensibility (BANI), learning agility is rapidly becoming an essential skill for individuals and leaders navigating constant change. This one-day workshop is tailored for basic to mid-level professionals in Adult Education, L&D, HR, and OD who are leading talent and organisational transformation.

Focusing on real-time learning in the flow of work, the session unpacks five key dimensions of learning agility— Mental, People, Results, Change, and Self-awareness—through experiential activities, workplace-based scenarios, and guided reflection. Participants will explore how to lead with agility, support adaptive teams, and draw lessons from everyday work challenges. The workshop equips leaders not only to grow personally, but also to embed agile learning behaviors into organisational routines—accelerating performance, adaptability, and growth where it matters most: on the job.
