Wan Ying is Head of Programme for the Master in Boundary-Crossing Learning and Leadership (MBX). Her work focuses on adult learning, workplace learning, and leadership development in complex environments, particularly where individuals and organisations need to work across boundaries. She brings both academic and industry perspectives, with prior experience in curriculum development, talent strategy, and executive development.
Dr Tay holds a DPhil and MSc in Learning and New Technologies from the University of Oxford, and is currently completing an MBA at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Antai College of Economics and Management).
