Heng Hwee leads experimentation in the Adult Learning Collaboratory (ALC), translating research into practical interventions for workforce and organisational outcomes. Prior to IAL, she led behavioural science experiments with government and private sector partners across Southeast Asia. She holds an MSc in Statistics from the National University of Singapore, and a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
