Skills Badges

At the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), we recognise the breadth and depth of professional practice, experience, and quality in the adult education sector through digital credentials such as Skills Badges.

Skills Badges recognise demonstrated competence in real-world practice. They are awarded to practitioners who can provide authentic evidence of their work and demonstrate their ability to apply adult learning principles effectively. Unlike traditional qualifications, Skills Badges are earned through validated professional practice, not simply through programme completion.
