To make it easy for SME Training Organisations to adopt digital solutions, IMDA provides a list of pre-approved solutions assessed to be market-proven, cost-effective and supported by reliable vendors. This includes Learning Management Systems such as Kydon's Pencil and BambooCloud among other digital solutions.
SMEs can visit GoBusiness Gov Assist for the contact information of the pre-approved solution providers. If funding support is required, SMEs can apply for the Productivity Solutions Grant on the Business Grants portal, before purchasing and implementing digital solutions.

Learners / Training Providers with workers who do not have digital access for learning can tap on IMDA’s existing scheme or contact the list of service providers who are willing to lease devices for a discounted rate.

With effect from 19 June 2020, SSG funded TPs are required to keep the full recording of each synchronous online training session for a period of 3 years after completion of the course or receipt of course completion documents by SSG, whichever is later.
