INNOVPLUS CHALLENGE 2025 RUN 1 is now open for prospective Solution Partners to partner with your selected Enterprise ("Challenge Owner") to submit your Expression of Interest ("EOI") via Pathway 2 to propose innovative learning solutions to solve the Enterprise's learning challenges. Pathway 1 will open for application after 01 August 2025 for you to stand a chance to be selected by the Challenge Owner(s) to co-develop an innovative, feasible and scalable prototype that advances CET practice and outcomes.

innovPlus is a competitive learning innovation challenge which awards a prototyping funding of up to S$200,000 to winning enterprises to develop an innovative, feasible and scalable prototype that advances CET practice and outcomes. Your organisation may participate to stand a chance to win this prototyping grant, either via Pathway 1 or 2. Find out more:



Solution Partners (Pathway 1)

Do you have innovative learning solutions to solve the published enterprise learning challenges?

We invite prospective Solution Partners to submit your Expression of Interest ("EOI") to win a chance to collaborate with the Challenge Owners to solve their enterprise learning challenges.

Please complete ALL the following steps to submit your EOI:

1.    Check Terms and Conditions in EOI form for the eligibility criteria.

2.    If you meet the eligibility criteria, register for an account at IMDA's Open Innovation Platform (select the option: “I am a solution provider looking for business opportunities”).

3.    Complete ONE innovPlus EOI form for each chosen Challenge.

4.    Submit your proposal for the chosen Challenge(s) on the Open Innovation Platform (look for Challenge Statements from Institute for Adult Learning) and include the following attachments:

1.    Completed and countersigned innovPlus EOI form

2.    1 deck of slides in PDF format explaining the proposed solution, how it addresses the challenge statement, meets the desired performance requirements and implements the described use cases. To include information such as the proposed data inputs, system that the proposed solution will run on, potential benefits, the envisaged learning innovation, and the team’s implementation plan

3.    Video or pictures (300dpi) of any prototype or simulation, if applicable

4.    ACRA Business Profile (2024 or most recent) with certificate confirming registration of business

5.    Corporate Compliance and Financial Profile from BizFile (2024 or most recent)

6.    Track record of the company (including financial capability to complete the project) / CV of the team

7.    Other supporting documents (if any)


The Challenge Briefs will be published after 01 August 2025. Do look out for them!



Solutionists (Pathway 2 - ongoing)

If you are a Solutionist who has identified an opportunity for learning innovation while working with an enterprise, you may participate as a Solution Partner by bringing the enterprise on board as the Challenge Owner, responsible for defining the Challenge Statement. To ensure fairness and avoid conflicts of interest, there should be no prior agreement or existing contract with the enterprise. Please refer to Sections G (Declaration) and H (Terms and Conditions) of the Expression of Interest form for more details.

Email us a copy of your Expression of Interest form and supporting documents (including Business Profile and Corporate Compliance and Financial Profile) by 1 August 2025.
