Facilitate Learning at the Workplace
This programme is targeted at individuals who are keen to faciliate, coach and assess learning in their organisation and are seeking new ways to enhance learning to elevate performance at the workplace.
You may already have excellent job domain skills and knowledge. However, imparting these abilities and ‘know-how’ to others may be challenging. The WSQ Workplace Learning Facilitator (WLF) programme aims to boost your competencies to deliver effective training and assessment at the workplace. You will increase your effectiveness as a workplace learning facilitator by learning to develop and deliver systematic learning plans and assessment records.
This programme is offered by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous institute of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (UEN: 200504979Z) (SUSS).

This programme is targeted at supervisors, line-leaders, reporting officers, and managers who are required to perform the following functions at work:

* The total facilitated learning hours eligible for Absentee Payroll is 45.5 hours, which includes face to face training, coaching and assessment.
The average estimated duration to complete this programme is 2-3 months.
The WLF programme includes competencies that are part of the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) qualification. WLF graduates who are keen to pursue attainment of the full ACLP qualification are equivalent to Module 4 (M4) and Elective module (E2) of the ACLP programme. The programme fee covers training and assessment. The fees are inclusive of prevailing GST and subject to change.

^ Upon successful completion of WLF1, you will be awarded with a WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA).
% Upon successful completion of WLF2, you will be awarded with an IAL Certificate.
WLF replaces the previous train-the-trainer Workplace Trainer Programme (WTP). If you have already completed WTP, you will continue to be recognised by SSG as meeting SSG’s Adult Education Qualification Requirements for Trainers and Assessors of in-house SSG-funded certifiable courses.
