Ms Chua conducts training in customer service, emotional intelligence, time and stress management and working with difficult people. Her forte is in customer service which comes from her experience in dealing with customers at the front counters and call centres; as well as developing and implementing service policies and initiatives; such as setting service standards, conduct service audits and implementing the rewards system for the organisations. She holds a Master of Education in Training and Development, Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Diploma in HRD, Associate Diploma in Customer Service, Certified in Disc Profiling System, Certified in Six Seconds EQ Model, Certified in Stress Management and has attained ACTA certification awarded by WDA.
